North Star Provides Training to Canadian Team

Two members from the North Star Search And Rescue Team travel to Ontario Canada to train a new Canadian Search and Rescue Team.  North Star was picked out of 25 organizatons to provide training to Niagra Search And Rescue Organization. This was a great honor bestowed upon the North Star Team.  The training lasted for 4 days and covered items such as, Map and Compass reading, Lost Person Behavior, ICS Command, Ground Search Techniques, Multiple Injuries Rescue.  The field training exercise was focused on ground search and using dogs to search for a lost subject.
